Sharie Schnell is a brand strategist and visual communications designer who has been helping leaders of faith-based nonprofits, churches and ministries connect with audiences and achieve their communication goals since 1991. She founded Maxim Design Group in 2001 to better serve clients with a broader range of services including brand development, communications strategy, copywriting, and design for print and web.
She believes intelligent design aligns an organization’s mission, message and brand to reach its goal: connecting with the hearts and minds of its audience. Designs that reach the heart have sticking power in the mind.
As an adjunct professor at Indiana Wesleyan University, Sharie has taught methods, principles and tools of communication design in courses for aspiring graphic designers.
